Location

Coltwood House is located in the village of Runford within easy reach of both Farnham and Guildford and within walking distance of two restaurants and coffee shop. A short drive away is a Sainsbury’s super store and other local shops.

Most importantly Coltwood House is very conveniently situated with direct access to the Blackwater Valley Road and other motorway systems, the A30 for going West and A3 for going South.

Directions

From Farnham

From Farnham take A31 towards Guildford. After the Shepherd & Flock large roundabout, having joined the dual carriageway take the first exit to Runfold and bear right over dual carriageway. At the T junction turn left. After 150 yards turn left into Tongham Road. Coltwood House is the second building on the right with parking both in the front and to the rear.

From Guildford

From Guildford take A31 Hogs Back to Farnham. Then take the slip road opposite the Hogs Back Hotel to Tongham, Seale and Runfold. At the T junction turn right to Runfold and after 200 yards at next T junction turn right again. After one mile and take a sharp left followed by a right turning the Kei’s Restaurant will be on your left. Turn right into Tongham Road.

From the M3

From the M3 take the Blackwater Valley Road to Farnham. Join the A31 dual carriageway to Farnham. At the Shepherd & Flock roundabout come right round and rejoin the dual carriageway to A31 Guildford. Then continue as the directions above.
