Offices
This centre is a converted Victorian Post Office, on the Guilford side of Farnham. Placed in a semi-rural location with on-site parking. We cater for the needs of start-up companies, small businesses and the area offices of larger companies. We have flexible modern accommodation offering rooms for single person occupancy to a maximum of 10 people.
The Centre manages all the maintenance and repairs of the offices with heating, electricity, rates and furniture all provided within the inclusive cost. A communal kitchen is available with tea and coffee provided for our tenants. The Business Centre is a privately owned company and is personally managed by its owner
Annex
Hop Fields is a self-contained unit to the left of the main building with its own Front Door, kitchen and fully equipped bathroom and separate heating system with parking for five cars. It also has double French doors opening out on to its own Patio leading to the garden. It also has the benefit of its own postal address. Hop Fields is 41.50sqm (447sqft) over two floors with the main area on the ground floor of 27.45sqm (295 sqft) and smaller office on the first floor of 14.08sqm (151sqft)
